By making thoughts your friends and treating them with care and affection.
How to be kind to yourself?
Reach a position in your head that you are the ultimate power and there’s nothing that can bring you down because you are highly respected. Automatically, you become kind to yourself.
Can stress harm you?
No, stress cannot harm you unless you give it the power to destroy you. When you don’t give it the power to destroy you, it becomes your friend.

Making stress your friend won’t let you face your problems alone. You’ll have a friend, thus reducing the amount of pressure on you and making you feel less pain.

No, unless you think that you do have stress with destructing power.
