Mass Crowd
There was a programme on TV where there was competition between two teams with completely different genres of music. One was a classical team and the other was a beatboxing team. When they were asked what they thought about the other team, the beatboxing team replied that classical music was too old and that nobody listens to such ancient music anymore. The classical team said that new types of music is not so nice and that it only came from ancient music. The point I am trying to put forward is that we have opinions but we also need to be respectful of others.
Usually this trend of choosing something occurs in masses, for choosing the option that attracts them easily. A Fair and Lovely ad attracted my neighbor and he had been using it till his last breathe. He was dark, he believed he’d get fair, but he didn’t. Similarly, my neighbour’s friend used it, but she hasn’t gotten fair even by a shade. These kind products will always attract people. Potraying a woman as getting a job because she has a fair skin tone or a girl winning medals due to her fair complexion is foolish. Masses get attracted towards these kind of things. They don’t even try to find out if it really works or if it is actually useful to be of a fair complexion. These fallacies committed should be corrected.
Though I like oil painting in particular. I also respect other types of arts like illustrators art, sculptures, lettering, art reviewers, etc. I read about it and I encourage it to the limit of my interest. If you don’t watch other fields, atleast don’t disrespect it. And the ones who want their field to grow and be known better, then speak up for it.
