Business and pleasure

Parth and I, took two pieces of paper and wrote two different plans. It wasn’t easy at all. Our ideas clashed. We started fighting over it. We were the couple who hadn’t fought much in such a long time. The biggest thing we fought about was about the choice of birthday cake to buy.

Four years ago, on my birthday, he took me to Taj to eat something. I had seen that Parth had 1500 and some change and he bought a chocolate cake worth 1500. We weren’t earning at that time and we had a limited pocket money of 1000 a month and he had saved it all for me. At that time, I yelled at him and he yelled back that it was his wish to spend his money in the way he wanted. A few minutes later we said sorry to each other and hugged.

After that day, we fought over silly things like choice of colours, I love you more, choice of food, etc.

This Business Plan idea set up was more than these fights, all put together.

I suggested of not mixing business with relationship. Yet, we failed at not integrating both of them. We, fought about business even when we went on a date. Silly fights became serious with strong arguments about business.

I gave up on the whole idea and eventually after failing at convincing me, Parth gave up.
